
Dr. Joanne Lafrenière, Chiropractor
Dr. Lafrenière has been in full-time chiropractic practice since 1993, bringing over three decades of experience in delivering patient-centred care. She has always strived to build a practice grounded in trust, collaboration, and long-term relationships with patients and families in her community. Her clinical focus is guided by a strong commitment to helping patients feel better, move better and live healthier. Her approach is attentive, individualized, and compassionate, with an emphasis on thorough assessment and high-quality care.
Alongside her clinical work, she has contributed extensively to the chiropractic profession. For over fifteen years, she has been involved with the Canadian Chiropractic Examining Board as well as with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario’s Quality Assurance Program. These roles have strengthened her deep understanding of provincial standards, ethical practice, and evidence-informed care, all of which support her commitment to maintaining the highest level of professional excellence.
Fluent in both English and French, Dr. Lafrenière can communicate effectively with a diverse patient population. She is valued for her warmth, approachability and ease to connect with patients, and she remains dedicated to helping individuals achieve optimal health and improved quality of life.

Courtney McEachern is a Registered Massage Therapist with over 10 years of experience. She is in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and is an active member of the Registered Massage Therapists' Association of Ontario (RMTAO).
Courtney is passionate about helping clients achieve their wellness goals, whether they're preparing for a sporting event, recovering from an injury, managing stress, or maintaining an active lifestyle. She is committed to lifelong learning and continually expands her knowledge and skills to provide the highest quality care for clients of all ages.
Her dedication to supporting families led her to become a Birth Doula, allowing her to provide compassionate guidance throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum journey. In addition, Courtney is certified in infant massage, cupping therapy, deep tissue massage, relaxation massage, and TMJ treatment.
Having grown up as a competitive figure skater and baseball player, Courtney understands firsthand the importance of movement, recovery, and caring for the body. She combines her clinical expertise with a client-centred approach, creating personalized treatment plans that prioritize each individual's goals and help them feel their very best.

Tracy Thillmann is a Registered Massage Therapist who is passionate about helping people improve their health, mobility, and overall well-being. She believes that achieving and maintaining optimal function is an ongoing journey and works collaboratively with each client to create personalized treatment plans that support their goals.
Tracy has a special interest in treating clients experiencing chronic pain, autoimmune conditions, neurological conditions, post-surgical recovery, TMJ dysfunction, and those seeking to maintain general wellness through regular massage therapy.
She graduated with Honours from the International Academy of Massage Therapy in 2011. After practicing as an RMT for five years, Tracy took a sabbatical from clinical practice and worked as a medical administrator, further expanding her understanding of the healthcare system. She has since returned to massage therapy with renewed enthusiasm and a wealth of additional healthcare experience.
